How a client books at your salon.

No app, no account: service, time, mobile number. Times that are taken are never offered, and the appointment lands in your calendar straight away.

Service step: women’s short haircut selected, total from 55 euros at the bottom — **Pick a service.**With price and duration, the most popular at the top.

Time step: choosing who to book with, and days with a coloured availability bar — **Choose a time.**The bar shows how busy a day is. With a specific person if they wish.

Contact step: appointment summary and a note on the salon’s cancellation rules — **Confirm the number.**An SMS code instead of a password, with the cancellation rules right there.

More revenue with product reminders with Shearly^® POS: The POS remembers every product purchase. When a product is due again, say after 8 weeks, it suggests it at the next appointment, along with products that match the service.

AI phone assistant optional: Answers the phone while you are at the chair, after hours too, and with several calls at once. Says straight away that it is an AI, checks the calendar live and books directly. The client gets an SMS, special requests go to you.

Online booking: A booking page in your style, plus Zoey, the chat that books directly.

How does switching from my current software work?

We move your client data over for free: appointments, contacts, notes, hair profiles. For the first 30 days both systems can run side by side, so you can switch at your own pace. When you are ready, you turn the old one off.

Do I need IT skills or a technician?

No. You log in at shearly.pro, that’s it. No installation, no updates, no server. Works on any device: Mac, PC, iPad, phone. We set it up together in a demo appointment.

What happens to my client data?

Your client data is stored on our server in Frankfurt am Main. For AI, SMS and payments we use selected service providers, some of them in the USA, covered by EU standard contractual clauses. Encrypted transfer (TLS), GDPR compliant, with a data processing agreement. You remain the owner of your data and can export it at any time.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, monthly. No minimum term, no small print. The only exception is the POS, which runs for at least 12 months. If it doesn’t fit, you take your data with you, and we even help you move to your next software.
